Q) Who are your staff?

A) Our staff come from all walks of life and backgrounds. However, the one thing that they do all have in common is a shared commitment to providing the best care possible. All of our Carer’s hold Certification III in Home and Community Care or an equivalent and have a minimum of 6 months’ experience in the care sector. They are all individually interviewed, police and referenced checked. We choose our Carer’s carefully, having the technical skill to be a Carer is not considered sufficient in and of itself. They must have the right personality, be compassionate, caring, kind, display a great sense of humour and demonstrate bags of common sense. So you can rest assured that if you choose to use our services you will be getting nothing but the best.

Q) Which areas of Melbourne do you cover? 

A) We cover all of Metropolitan Melbourne. Our Carer’s live all over this great city of ours and we generally find that will we will have a staff member near you. 

Q) Do you have lock in contracts?

A) The straight answer to that question is no. We are here to offer as much or a little care as requested. So if you require some help on the odd occasion to something a little more regular we are here to help. 

Q) If a Carer has an accident in my house am I liable?

A) All of our staff are comprehensively insured. So in the rare and unlikely event that any injuries or accidents occur you would not be held in anyway liable.

Q)  I’m not happy with the care provided, what can I do?

A) If you are not happy with the care provided then we are not happy with the care provided. And we want to hear about it. So if for any reason the care you receive is not to your liking or you think there are ways for us to improve then we strongly encourage you to call us on 1300 585 876 to let us know. Your feedback will be kept in the strictest of confidence and we will act quickly to bring about a swift resolution.

Q) How many hours of care do you provide at any one time? Is there a minimum amount of time?

A) We can provide care for as long as you require it and on the days that you need it. Weekdays, weekends, Public holidays or overnight stays it really comes down to what you need. The minimum amount of time we provide care for is 2 hours.

Q) What type of services do your Carer’s provide?

A) Our Carer’s provide a range of services, from help around the house, personal care, such as assistance with showering or dressing, companionship and respite. We aim to deliver personalised care, so if there is something else that you want then just let us know. Our Carer’s carry out a range of tasks, such as taking clients shopping, providing companionship, running errands and accompanying clients to medical appointments. We provide the care that you want and need.

Q) How much does the care cost?
