Become an Optimum Carer - Work With Us
Optimum Care prides itself on only providing the best service to our customers, nothing else will do. And in order for us to deliver that care we insist on employing only the very best people. Working in Aged Care and Disability can be a tremendously rewarding career, knowing that every time you do a shift you are making a huge difference to somebody’s quality of life. However, as rewarding as it may be nobody said that it will be easy. As anyone who has ever worked in the caring sector will tell you no two shifts are the same. Some of the clients that you work with may as first be a little resistant to help, they might be confused, aggressive or suffering from dementia or Alzheimer’s. And that’s where the professionalism, compassion and commitment of our staff come in. Optimum Care is as only as good as its carers and that’s why only the best carers will do.
